Accounts and authority

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in. Claim or manage a business only if you own it or are authorized to represent it. CrownThrive’s parent terms set an 18-year account eligibility threshold unless a service expressly states otherwise. Do not post private information about children or other people without proper authority.

Reading and purchases

An edition purchase grants access to the identified issue, not every future issue or a republication license. Archiving does not remove an existing valid entitlement. Refunded or disputed purchases may have access restricted.

Review the product, price, tax, duration and benefits before checkout. Submissions, advertisements, issues and credit packs are one-time purchases. Optional memberships renew monthly or annually as selected until canceled through billing management.

Use, availability and responsibility

Use the site lawfully and respect access controls, intellectual property and other people’s privacy. Do not abuse forms, scrape private account data, misrepresent affiliation or interfere with availability. Confirm time-sensitive opening hours, travel, safety information and third-party offers with the relevant provider. This site is not an emergency service.

We work to maintain accurate, available services, but sources, external tools and connectivity can fail. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular commercial result. Nothing here excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific terms and the CrownThrive parent terms also apply.

Your content and our service

You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions and offers in your submissions. Publication depends on applicable review and payment conditions. Payment does not purchase editorial approval or verify business ownership. Public, unlisted and private settings control supported visibility; authorized staff can access relevant operational records.

We may request revisions, restrict visibility or suspend misuse, including impersonation, infringement, fraud, discriminatory offers, spam, manipulated traffic or interference with other accounts. Contact support to dispute a decision. Services and third-party availability can change; no listing guarantees an outcome.

Managed directory drafts

Free verified-owner editing remains available. Main Street Pro and Local Partner members can opt into four AI-assisted description drafts per New York calendar month across their businesses, using facts they supply. Each draft requires owner approval before publication. This is a writing service; independent verification, photography and advertising are separate.

Switching to manual mode stops new managed drafts. It does not cancel the membership or its other benefits. Change or cancel the paid membership in My Junction billing management.
