Billing, cancellation & refunds

One-time and recurring purchases

Issue access, submission fees, internal ad bookings and credit packs are one-time purchases. Memberships renew on the selected monthly or annual cadence. Stripe checkout displays the amount and applicable taxes before confirmation. Use My Junction membership management to open the billing portal for available changes and cancellation.

Canceling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date. A switch from managed directory drafts to free manual editing does not itself cancel membership billing.

Credits and access

Crown Credits for commerce and Junction AI credits are separate balances. Merchant Passport stamps and quiz points are separate again; they are not automatically interchangeable or cash. AI writing starts at five credits, review at two and image drafts at 25. The selected model and request size determine the exact quote shown before generation. Failed generation releases the reserved AI credits. Purchased AI credits do not refill at the start of a month.

A current-day issue is $1 or 100 Crown Credits. Older issues are 50¢ or 50 Crown Credits. Existing valid permanent issue access remains valid when the issue enters the archive. Refund or dispute restrictions can affect access tied to the affected payment.

Ask for a review

For duplicate charges, a failed delivery, a mistaken purchase or a disputed service, contact billing support with the purchase email, receipt reference, date and what happened. Never send a full card number or security code.

We assess the actual purchase, delivery and applicable consumer rights. A moderation rejection is not an automatic promise of a refund; nor does payment guarantee publication. Any refund, credit adjustment or remaining delivery will be recorded against the original transaction. Contact support if your dashboard status conflicts with your receipt.

Annual pages, recognition and rentals

Annual business pages are prepaid 365-day purchases without automatic renewal. Paid Wall of Love display starts only after approval; unsuccessful review can be retried on the same purchase. Contact billing if a purchased service cannot be delivered. Refunds and disputes can remove associated paid benefits. Rental refunds are handled by the host merchant under the accepted agreement, Stripe procedures and applicable law. A cancellation request or mediation report does not itself issue a refund.
