This page explains the information used by Gretna Junction’s current reading, business and community features.
Effective September 13, 2026 · Published by CrownThrive, LLCLocation is optional and requested only after you choose Use my location. Your browser decides whether to allow it. Coordinates are used in the current page to choose a nearby town and are then discarded; the site does not send them to its server, use background location tracking or sell precise location. The preferred town is saved on this browser for six months. You can choose a town manually instead.
Location permission is separate from cookies and can be withdrawn in your browser’s site settings. Clearing the preferred town removes the saved town; it does not change the browser’s permission setting. This feature does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or general device files. You choose any files uploaded through a separate upload form.
Accounts use sign-in identity and profile details. We store submissions, business claims, ownership evidence, messages, support requests, moderation decisions, purchases and credit activity needed to operate the service. Saved stories, follows, planner entries and preferences can be linked to your account.
Public business profiles use official public sources or approved owner updates. Claim evidence, private support records and unpublished drafts are not part of the public directory feed. A public anonymous byline does not hide your account from authorized staff.
Résumés, partner applications, founder inquiries, coworking interest and resolution reports are private account records available to the owner and authorized staff. You can maintain or delete your private résumé and companion record. Desk decisions and financial or dispute records can require retention. Publishing a professional profile or Wall of Love note is a separate permissioned action.
Stripe Connect receives merchant onboarding information and payment details through its secure components. We retain necessary account identifiers, verification state, agreed rental terms and payment references; we do not store full card numbers. Opening merchant tools connects to Stripe even when optional advertising is off.
A paid member may submit a community name, state or region, country, explanation and optional public source link for coverage review. The request is stored with the signed-in account and can be viewed only by that account and authorized staff. Do not provide a home address, precise location or private information about children.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a new portal, favorable reporting or a launch date. You can continue checking its status after membership ends. Contact the Help Center for correction, withdrawal or privacy requests; relevant review history may be retained under our normal retention rules.
Family Junction stores your private household label, chosen town, dated mission check-ins, points and eligible digital purchases under the signed-in adult account. Do not enter children’s names, birthdays or other private details. We do not create child profiles through this feature.
A gift order records the buyer and recipient email to deliver access and handle receipts, refunds and support. The recipient email is not published. You share the gift link yourself; the gift form does not send an invitation.
Wall of Support recognition is optional. If you consent, your selected approved public profile and support tier appear publicly, with the minimum qualifying amount for that tier. Your email, private household label and exact order history are not displayed on the wall. You can withdraw consent in Family Junction. Billing records remain subject to our retention policy.
Personal API keys are encrypted on the server and used only for supported actions on your connected account. You can replace or remove a saved key or pause a connection. Action receipts and counts support usage limits and recovery. Public profile metrics require a separate opt-in and show only supported aggregate measures with a source date. Approved profile content stays public while later edits await review.
Public-place Google maps open automatically by default. Turn maps off on a map card or in Cookie choices; Essential only also turns maps off. Existing saved off choices remain respected. Turning maps off removes open map frames and stops future map loads, without requesting device geolocation. Google receives connection information including your IP address, browser details and the requested public place. Directions may open Google Maps or the map service you select. Google’s own Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
The Tiny Cloud visual editor loads only when an eligible signed-in member chooses it. Supported media players connect to their providers on request. Optional business visit/click analytics require opt-in and honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Security, billing and basic service-delivery records are separate from optional analytics.
Family activities do not use precise location, child profiles or behavioral ad targeting. Household use is managed by an adult. Do not enter private child information in family labels or creator publications.
Sites provides hosting and sign-in; Supabase supports records and server workflows. Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment credentials. OpenAI assists writing and moderation; Google Vision checks submitted images. Email delivery, maps, radio and selected video players involve their respective providers. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
AI prompts, proposed text and submitted image links can be sent to moderation or generation providers. We request that writing responses are not stored as Responses API objects; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Draft text and usage records are retained privately for your workflow and recovery. Do not include confidential material in a public post or an AI prompt.
First-party business reports count recorded actions such as profile visits, call taps and website taps. Device storage helps deduplicate these events. Counts are not independently audited people or revenue. External tools have separate policies and are not automatically connected to your account.
Email briefings require an opt-in and provide an unsubscribe path. You can edit supported profile settings and manage your own submissions. Contact support for access, correction, deletion or privacy requests; we may verify your identity before acting.
Use the tracked Help Center or contact@crownthrive.com to request access, correction, deletion, an available copy of your information or withdrawal of consent. We verify identity and authority before releasing or changing private account data and respond within applicable legal time limits. State the request and relevant account email without including payment credentials or identity documents in the first message.
If you disagree with a privacy decision, reply to the case requesting an appeal and explain the concern. An authorized reviewer can reconsider the decision. Where applicable, the response will explain available rights and regulator complaint routes. Legal, accounting, security and dispute-retention duties may limit deletion.
Rental inquiries and dated responses are available to the participating host and guest. Availability blocks show date ranges without guest identity. Rental agreements record the participating parties, exact terms, acceptance, payment window and verified Stripe Connect status. Hosts and guests see their own agreements; authorized staff can review related private reports. Roots research notes and learning progress are private to the owning adult account; child profiles are not created. Roots notes can be exported and deleted by their owner.
Learning links open only when chosen. Town alert checks use fixed public portal coordinates, not device coordinates. Read /community-services-policy for rental, tribute, family permission, learning, giving and environmental-claim terms.
Deleting a listing removes its public availability but may retain an internal record. We keep information needed for access, accounting, support, fraud prevention, moderation, disputes and other legitimate obligations. We do not promise immediate erasure of all related records.
Authorized founder support access is logged and limited by its supported role controls. Report a privacy concern through Help or contact@crownthrive.com. Include the relevant page or account reference, not sensitive identity documents in an initial message.
Network ads are off unless you enable advertising in Cookie choices. AdLuxe delivery and Impact creative providers can receive your IP address, browser and device information and may use cookies, measurement or fingerprinting technologies. We do not send account email, private notes, precise device location or children’s profiles to these frames. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable network ads here.
Turning advertising off removes network frames, affiliate creatives and partner-offer panels and stops future loads; it does not erase information a provider already received. Browser controls and provider privacy rights apply separately. First-party contextual Junction placements remain available without enabling the external network.
Signed-in members can upvote or downvote a directory profile or listing, change their choice, or remove it. Public totals never include member emails or identify individual voters. We retain the account-linked choice and version to prevent duplicate votes, honor changes and handle misuse. Votes from suspended accounts do not contribute to public totals. Community votes are separate from star reviews, editorial assessments and sponsored placement.
Importing a TXT, Markdown or CSV document into the document desk reads it locally in your browser. Text is sent to the AI provider only when you select an AI action in the signed-in studio and approve sending the text. Remove confidential and personal information you are not authorized to share. Imported instructions are treated as source text, not authority to operate your account.
You can download working text and generated drafts as text, Markdown or an escaped print-ready HTML document. Use your browser print dialog to save that document as PDF. Downloads are held on your own device. AI generations and credit use are retained privately for account recovery and payment records. Image-model availability is verified separately; an AI-credit purchase does not guarantee every model is available.
Journal entries are private to the signed-in account through the journal API. You can edit, export and delete your own entries. This is an account-protected notebook, not an encrypted medical or legal record service. Private civic proposals, service requests and adult-only dating interest are accessible to the submitting account and authorized staff; none creates a public profile or a confirmed booking.
Optional measurement and network advertising are excluded from these private workspaces and the health and financial pages. Your journal is never automatically sent to AI. When you explicitly approve AI generation, the selected prompt, model and request reference are retained in this tab’s session storage for retry recovery until completion; generated text or images and usage receipts are stored privately for account recovery. Clearing browser storage removes local recovery references, but not server-held records. Dating profiles and matching are not enabled.
