The format every submission follows
Use a specific headline, a short summary and an opening that explains who, what, where and when. Break the body into short paragraphs. Longer pieces need descriptive subheadings; use lists for dates, steps or comparable details. Include a clear next action when readers need to register, contact someone or attend.
Give exact dates and the relevant locality. Link sources for factual claims and identify their publication dates. Mark estimates and unknowns. Photographs need a useful description, credit and permission; do not use a generic photograph as evidence of a person, business or event.
Labels and evidence
Original reporting, explainers, history, service guides, community submissions, opinion, paid ads and CrownThrive house promotion must remain distinguishable. AI-assisted copy needs disclosure and factual review. Do not invent quotations, names, prices, scores, availability or discounts.
Public criticism and opinion are welcome. Separate documented facts from allegations and opinions. Current safety claims need appropriate current evidence; photographs or an old regulatory record alone do not establish present safety. Identify conflicts of interest and provide a corrections route.
Moderation and rights
Text and images can receive automated checks. Flagged or uncertain material may need revisions or staff review. A paid placement needs its applicable payment and review conditions met before publication. Owners and submitters can track supported decisions in My Junction.
You keep ownership of your material while providing the permission needed to host, display and distribute it through the agreed feature under the parent terms. Only submit work you have authority to use. Do not expose private personal information or submit fraudulent, infringing, discriminatory or harassing material.
