These policies supplement the item’s saved scope and our billing terms. We do not silently change an order or charge automatic extras.
Fixed prices and visible totals
First-party placements and broadcast packages show a fixed base price. Digital and physical marketplace purchases disclose a 5% buyer service fee; shipping and applicable taxes appear before payment. Unavailable inventory and unready production cannot be purchased. Existing purchases retain their saved price and scope.
Billing terms →Campaign scheduling and automatic end
Choose next available or an earliest start in Eastern time. This is not a guaranteed calendar reservation: payment, approved creative, inventory and earlier runs must clear. The full saved duration begins at first eligible display on or after that time. My campaigns shows actual start and exact end in UTC. Server delivery and paid click routing stop automatically at expiry. There is no automatic renewal or overtime charge. Holds suppress delivery but do not automatically pause an already-started clock; support can review a delivery failure. Impressions, clicks and sales are not guaranteed.
Campaign schedule & receipts →Broadcast bookings
New packages: $100 for up to 60 minutes on Sunday, $150 for up to 90 minutes, or $200 for up to 120 minutes. Setup and teardown are separate operational windows, not extra public airtime. No automatic overtime. Approval, rights, a current production connection and verified payment are required. Payment confirmed does not mean a broadcast played. Filming, editing, captions, graphics and social simulcasts are not included or sold through these packages. Existing bookings retain their saved price and window.
Production readiness & bookings →Physical goods and local services
The seller’s saved description controls quantity, pickup, delivery and included work. Only published, approved inventory is offered for checkout. Reports, directories and calculators are research tools, not purchasable stock. Confirm fulfillment details in your order; never send an extra off-platform payment to unlock it.
Physical orders & fulfillment →Digital delivery and paid reading
Use your signed-in purchase library to resume checkout or open a verified delivery link. Some marketplace products use seller-hosted delivery; the link is not an expiring download hosted by Gretna Junction. Issue purchases unlock the saved edition in the protected reader. Public previews do not contain the full paid text. Refunds, disputes and revoked entitlements can suspend access.
Purchase library →Annual business pages
The 365-day term starts at verified fulfillment. Publication also requires current directory authority and an eligible profile. The public upgrade expires automatically; saved owner text and purchase history remain in the workspace. No automatic renewal is charged.
Business workspace →Interrupted checkout, cancellation and refunds
Resume the same saved purchase after a connection error. Do not pay twice while verification is pending. A new attempt is allowed only after confirmed closure. Closing a browser does not cancel payment. Send cancellation, non-delivery, duplicate-payment and refund requests to support with your order ID. Eligibility is reviewed against saved scope, delivered service and applicable consumer rights; a request is not an issued refund. Approved refunds return through the original payment method.
