These product-specific operating terms supplement CrownThrive’s general terms and do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Stripe status: active. Eligible card checkouts create one provider-hosted Session per durable order.
Card and eligible payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Gretna Junction receives limited order, status and billing metadata and does not store your full card number. A browser redirect is not proof of payment; signed webhook verification controls fulfillment.
The balance shown here is the identity-bound CrownThrive Crown Credit balance held in ThriveBase. Gretna Junction may spend it only through this site’s governed closed-loop commerce contract. Other CrownThrive properties must independently certify their own integration. CrownRewards and AdLuxe campaign credits remain separate programs.
Duplicate charges and verified failures to fulfill are corrected. Other requests are reviewed against fulfillment already delivered and applicable law. A refund reverses the proportional credit grant; a dispute temporarily suspends the related balance, entitlement or paid placement while Stripe resolves it.
Where Stripe Tax is enabled, location and the exact product tax code determine tax at checkout. Crown Credit top-ups remain restricted to approved digital uses while stored-value and taxable-redemption controls are under review. Physical print work receives a separate tax review.
Payment covers the disclosed processing or commercial placement workflow. It never purchases favorable independent coverage. Rights, source verification, safety, editorial review and sponsored labeling remain separate gates.
Use tracked billing support for missing credits, access, duplicate charges, refunds or disputes. Include the purchase email and Stripe receipt reference—never send a full card number or security code.
Open billing supportStickers, keepsake badges and family collections are digital downloads for personal and household use. Nothing is shipped. They do not grant resale rights, copyright ownership or verified status. Gifted editions grant the named recipient access to that issue.
Enter the recipient’s exact sign-in email before paying. The buyer receives the payment receipt; access belongs to the recipient. Share the page link yourself: checkout does not send a gift invitation. Contact billing support promptly about an incorrect recipient. Refunds and disputes can restrict the related access.
Wall of Support contributions are one-time commercial support for the publication. We do not represent them as charitable donations. Published recognition requires your separate opt-in and an approved public profile you own. Tiers count eligible settled support and approved paid advertising, excluding tax, refunded and disputed orders. Refunds, disputes or withdrawn consent can change or remove recognition.
A tier does not promise advertising inventory, impressions or editorial influence. Separately booked advertisements retain their stated placement and duration.
One adult account manages the household collection. Mission check-ins are self-reported and earn ten points per mission per Eastern calendar day. These points and earned badges have no cash value and cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed or converted into Crown Credits. Paid keepsakes are a separate collection. No child account or child’s personal details are required.
