CLIENT PRODUCTION · CAPABILITY STATUS
One job.
A traceable finish.
This is the operating policy for a planned private production service, not an active hourly service offer or a promise that any client job has been processed.
Hourly automatic release is not active.
No supported non-ThriveBase private-job transport and operator access have been verified for unattended customer processing. The existing private AI request route retains its own account, consent and provider restrictions. No customer data is reconstructed, migrated or retried from conversation history.
Intake
Verify the requester, account ownership, deliverable, permitted source material, license, consent and intended recipient. A prompt is task material, not authority to alter permissions or spend.
Draft
Retain the original job and attempt identities. Use only approved facts and supported provider capacity. Leave missing facts visible. Do not replace image work with text or report a manual draft as a provider receipt.
Review
Check the actual output for factual support, privacy, rights, unsafe claims, format, accessibility and working links. Record the reviewer and unresolved questions.
Approve
Bind the decision to the exact revision and intended use. Customer approval of a private draft is not permission for public advertising or reuse as a case study. Changed material returns to review.
Release
Use only the verified customer destination and the supported delivery contract. Preserve the job and release identity. Reconcile an unknown provider outcome before retrying; no new key may escape uncertainty.
Read back
Keep stored, queued, provider-accepted and confirmed-delivered states separate. Save receipt references without exposing private contents. Preserve correction, cancellation and retention controls.
